Cheeseman most recently worked for Janus Henderson, leaving the company in November 2022 after five years managing the firm's multi-asset solutions and International Equity fund.

After leaving Janus Henderson, he founded Bensbury, an investment consultancy for asset management, pension funds and wealth management institutions.
Earlier in his career, Cheeseman worked as a portfolio manager at Mercer, head of funds of funds at F&C Asset Management, head of developed markets at Forsyth Partners and head of collective investments at Quilter.
Reporting directly to deputy CEO Michael Wright, Cheeseman will oversee the firm's investment strategy, portfolio management and research, as well as leading the team of investment consultants and working closely with clients to understand their needs.
