FinTech Connect is launching in Toronto, 2020 to bring together an international line up of fintechs, financial institutions and merchants of a magnitude never seen before in the region.

Taking place at the Sheraton Centre, on 20-21 May, FinTech Connect Toronto will serve as a hub for business connections, investments, trade, implementation of best practice and knowledge sharing on an epic scale. The two days conference and exhibition will host 3,000 local and international fintech players who will address pressing topics including open banking, AI in financial services, blockchain collaboration models, enhanced CX/UX and new approaches to tackling financial crime.

 

Who is speaking?

The event will be bringing global talent from the FinTech ecosystem to Toronto. Early confirmations include global payments leads at major disruptors including Airbnb, eBay, Facebook and Transferwise. They will be joined by the Open Banking leads at FI innovators Monzo, Barclays and US Bank. C-Suite keynotes will be from digital leaders at TD Bank, Nordea, CIBC, Revolut and Wells Fargo.

We will be showcasing Toronto talent and innovation, whilst bringing delegations from USA, UK and Scandinavia who are driving partnerships and implementation of next generation financial technologies. See the speaker list so far

 

The Conference Agenda

FinTech Connect Toronto features 30+ hours of heavily curated content across two stages showcasing international and local players, creating a common dialogue across core areas of innovation: AI and ML, open banking, cyber security, paytech, regtech and digital transformation. Attendees will hear from European fintech leaders that are not featured in any other event in North America.

 

On the Main Stage

Headline presentations and interactive keynote panel discussions with an international flavour, explore major developments in the b2b application of financial technology. Hear from the CEO, CIOs and CDOs who are leading the tech revolution around the World.

 

On Stage Two

Get to the coalface of technology implementation by hearing from the tech leaders who are driving and implementing their delivery. You will hear practical case studies focused on best practice tech implementations. These will cover topics including CX/UX, blockchain pilots and live rolls outs, AI/ML integration and personalisation.
