2024 Bitcoin Conference – Heres What To Expect Today

All eyes are on Nashville with the arrival of President Donald Trump and other bigwigs politicians who are scheduled to speak at the 2024 Bitcoin conference. The conference is set to begin today, July 25, and end on July 27 at the Music City Center, with more than 20,000 people expected to attend.

Kamala Harris will not make attendance. However, crypto investors can expect a keynote address from the 45th president of the United States. Trump has moved from being a crypto critic to a “crypto president” since the campaign trail began.

Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will also speak alongside Tennessee’s U.S. senators Marsha Blackburn and Bill Hagerty, Vivek Ramaswamy, and comedian Russell Brand. A single conference pass costs $700 to $21,000.

Other notable attendees at the conference include crypto supporter Cathie Wood of ARK Investment, Michael Saylor of MicroStrategy, and whistleblower Edward Snowden.

Crypto traders are banking on Trump, who will make Bitcoin a US currency reserve when elected. At the time of this writing, the value of Bitcoin stands at $64,190, a 3.5% decline in the last 24 hours.

David Bailey, Bitcoin Conference CEO, has tweeted the schedule, stating, “Just so people know the run of show, today is Industry Day. Mostly for b2b and investors to network and get some business done. ~5,000 attendees. Tomorrow, the main event begins. 20,000+ attendees. If you’re a festival pass holder, check out the 100+ Bitcoin Week side events.”

This election year, crypto has become a political issue. Trump’s campaign is accepting Bitcoin, Ether, Dogecoin, Solana, and other cryptocurrencies. Sen. J.D. Vance of Ohio, his vice president, is also a crypto-friendly leader with Coinbase assets of $100,001 to $250,000.
