Resident Hotels is set to open its fifth London property, located on Long Lane in the city’s Farringdon district.
Planning permission has been granted for The Resident Farringdon, which will be situated close to the Elizabeth Line entrance to Farringdon station.
The 128-room hotel will feature a pocket garden, library lounge, and third party operated restaurant, cafe and retail space.
The news comes as the group gears up to open The Resident Edinburgh, its sixth UK property and first in Scotland.
The 164-room hotel is housed within a converted office block on Drumsheugh Gardens in Edinburgh’s West End district, and is now taking reservations from 1 September.

Previously known as Nadler Hotels, the group currently operates four properties in London’s Covent Gardens, Kensington, Soho and Victoria districts, as well as a 106-room hotel on Seel Street in Liverpool.
Business Traveller has reviewed the Covent Garden and Victoria properties when they were still operating under the Nadler name.
