SkyTeam member Korean Air will launch scheduled charter flights to Lisbon between 11 September and 25 October 2024.
Korean Air will operate three weekly flights between its Seoul Incheon hub and the Portuguese capital, departing from Seoul every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
These flights will make a total of 20 roundtrips during the two months.
Korean Air will operate its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft to Lisbon, featuring 24 Apex business class suites and 245 3-3-3 configured economy class seats.
The airline’s scheduled charters will be the only nonstop flights between Northeast Asia and Lisbon.
The Lisbon flights will depart from Incheon at 1310, arriving at their destination at 2010. They return the same evening at 2210, landing back in South Korea the following day at 1910.
Korean Air earlier this week announced a new daily Incheon-Macau service, and the airline last month resumed its flights between Seoul and Zurich with a thrice-weekly service on its two-class Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
The flag carrier currently serves more than 110 cities in 40 countries on five continents with a fleet of 160 aircraft.
