Hotel management firm Castlebridge Hospitality has launched its first loyalty app covering the six properties the group manages in the UK.
The Lifestyle Concierge app can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play, and will feature offers related to Hotel Indigo Coventry, Hotel Indigo Chester, Hotel Indigo Stratford upon Avon, Holiday Inn Winchester, Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Airport, and Hotel Indigo Bath – the last of which opened in 2020 on the city’s South Parade.
The promotions will change monthly, but examples given include “hotel discounts, free private room hire, arrival drink of choice on a customer’s birthday, 15 per cent off Monday – Thursdays, members only events/experience new menu tasing, 10 per cent discount on presale of events, exclusive partner offers, a free bottle of wine with dinner and a complimentary coffee”.
The offers will cover the hotels themselves, as well as the various restaurants, coffee shops and spa facilities within them, including Cogs at Hotel Indigo Coventry, The Forge at Hotel Indigo Chester, Brasserie Beau and The Elder at Hotel Indigo Bath, The Woodsman and The Falcon Coffee Lounge at Hotel Indigo Stratford-upon-Avon and Ana Spa and Odyssey Restaurant at Holiday Inn Winchester.
Castlebridge said that customers would be able to collect stamps each time they visit to enable them to earn rewards.
Scott Rankin, general manager of Hotel Indigo Chester said that the app had been developed due to the success of an existing loyalty scheme in place at The Forge in Chester.
“No other hotel management company is offering a specific loyalty scheme for food and beverage, and we look forward to launching this scheme to our valued customers,” said Rankin.
