YOTEL is opening its first property under its YOTELPAD aparthotel brand outside of the US, with an opening in London’s Stratford later this year.
The new-build YOTELPAD London Stratford will be located on Broadway, close to Westfield Shopping Centre, and include 62 studios, a 24-hour reception area, a grab-and-go area and laundry facilities.
The extended-stay property will be bookable from one-night to monthly stays, and an F&B and retail space are set to join in 2024.
The YOTELPAD aparthotel brand was created in 2018 to respond to rising guest demand for more flexibility and space within the accommodation sphere.
The properties, currently operating in Utah and Miami in the US, include studio apartments (known as PADS) with multi-functional living, working and sleeping areas, along with bathrooms featuring Urban Jungle amenities and fully equipped kitchenettes.
YOTEL states that the expansion is “expected to form a crucial part of the brand’s commitment to 50 hotels by 2025”.
