Lean luxury brand Ruby Hotels will open a 153-room property in London’s Clerkenwell next summer.
Ruby Stella will form part of a mixed-use development which will also feature offices an nine new-build affordable residential units.
Business Traveller first reported on the Vine Hill development in 2019, which is located within walking distance of Farringdon Station in the Hatton Garden Conservation Area, to the north of the famous jewellery quarter.
Hatton Garden’s Ragged School building set for hotel and office development
The development will see a two-storey extension and private terraces added to the existing Victorian Ragged School building.
The offices are scheduled to be completed in February 2023, followed by the hotel and residential units in July next year.
