The historic Hotel Palace Luzern has reopened as a Mandarin Oriental property following three years of renovations.
Business Traveller first reported on plans for the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern in 2019, and the hotel had originally been scheduled to reopen at the end of 2020.
The 136-room Belle Epoque property dates back to 1906, and is situated on Haldenstrasse on the northern shores of Lake Lucerne.
Features include the all day dining Mozern Brasserie and Bar, alfresco eatery Quai 10, French fine dining restaurant Colonnade, and traditional Japanese omakase style dining at Mizumi – the last two of these will open in the first quarter of next year.
