Aparthotel brand Locke has opened its 15th property and first in Switzerland, with the unveiling of Locke am Platz in Zurich’s Enge quarter.
Interiors have been designed by London-based studio Sella Concept, with apartments “curated as a series of boudoir rooms, using colourful tones, plush materials and vibrant modernist patterns with a nod to riviera aesthetics and the nearby Lake Zurich”.
The Locke brand is predominantly aimed at longer stay guests, but in the case of the Zurich property half of the 80 units are hotel style rooms “primed for short stay guests”.
Facilities include a central bar, raised lounge space with velvet lined curtains, and all day dining Choupette restaurant which combines French brasserie and modern Nordic styles.
