Jetblue will offer up to 10 daily nonstop flights between Boston and New York’s LaGuardia International Airport and add flights from Boston to Austin, Texas and more than a dozen other destinations next year.
Already the biggest airline at Boston’s Logan International Airport, Jetblue will expand its Boston-New York nonstop service in spring 2020 using Embraer 190 regional jets. Counting existing flights to John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Newark Liberty International Airport, Jetblue will soon have 22 daily nonstops from Boston to the New York metropolitan area.
The airline will also add a new daily flight from Boston to Austin beginning in summer 2020, for a total of up to three flights to the Texas capital each day.
Flight frequencies will be increased on Boston flights to:
- Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (CLT)
- Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (ORD)
- Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE)
- Denver International Airport (DEN)
- Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW)
- Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
- Nantucket Memorial Airport (ACK)
- Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)
- Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)
- Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)
- San Diego International Airport (SAN)
- San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
- Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC)
- Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA)
- Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)
The additions will give Jetblue more than 180 daily departures from Logan, according to the airline.
