Indigo continues its international expansion with the addition of a new flight between Kochi and Jeddah. This is the second flight to Jeddah, after the launch of Delhi-Jeddah route this year; and will commence from September 16.

Commenting on this news, William Boulter, chief commercial officer, Indigo said, “As part of our plan to strengthen international operations, we are pleased to announce a new flight between Kochi and Jeddah. The two cities witness a huge tourist flow owing to VFF and Haj traffic.
“This flight will help us provide point-to-point connectivity while promoting tourism and mobility within the two countries. It is our constant endeavour to provide more choice, affordable flying experience, on-time performance, courteous and hassle-free service to our customers.”
Indigo can be seen aggressively expanding its network across the Middle East. In addition to Saudi Arabia, the airline also has announced flights on Mumbai-Dubai and Mumbai-Kuwait sector.
