Hyatt has opened Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residences, its first residential offering in the country.
Located within Tower A of Tamdeen Square, the property is situated in Sabah Al Salem, close to Kuwait City’s Sixth Ring Road.
Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residences is spread across 33 floors. It includes 82 three-bedroom units and a single 435 sqm duplex with four bedrooms.
Each apartment has customised furnishings and offers sea views. A dedicated service area has been built in the apartments to accommodate live-in personnel.

The property has a 24-hour reception and concierge team, whereas housekeeping services are also offered for each unit thrice a week. A same-day laundry facility and complimentary shoeshine service are also available for residents.
A residents’ lounge serves as a socializing or even a co-working space. On-site amenities include a 24-hour fitness center and two indoor swimming pools.
Residents of Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residences meanwhile can also enjoy benefits of the Grand Hyatt Kuwait hotel which is approximately a 15-minute drive from the residences.
Grand Hyatt Kuwait is a 302-key property that opened in September last year and is close to The Arena Kuwait as well as the Rafa Nadal Academy Kuwait. The overall design at that hotel is inspired by the country’s history of sailing, dhow building and pearl diving.
There are several culinary options at Grand Hyatt Kuwait. These include Liberté, a modern brasserie, Turkish lifestyle-dining venue ’Stambul, fine dining Pan-Asian restaurant Mei Li and Saheel Lounge in the lobby that features prominent artwork.
As for its business-focussed and events facilities, the hotel has 30,000 sqft of meeting space across eight venues, including a Grand Ballroom, designed for weddings or large conferences, which can host up to 1,560 guests.
