Local Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Duddell’s has opened a new outpost at Hong Kong International Airport following a flagship in Hong Kong’s Central district and a second location in London. The new eatery is located at the food court within the airport’s restricted area at the departure hall.

Travellers can savour Duddell’s signature dim sum and plates, which the eatery says are all freshly steamed, roasted and stir-fried onsite. There are also vegetarian options including the plant-based pork alternative Omnipork, which was introduced on Cathay Pacific flights in October.

Guests can also choose from a wide selection of drinks, including cold brew tea, bottled kombucha, Hong Kong classic milk tea, Yuan Yang (coffee and tea blended with milk), cold-pressed juices and beer. They can also choose to dine within the food court’s communal area or have their meals packaged for takeaway. There’s also a grab-and-go selection of “just-prepared” hot meals such as barbecued pork and soya chicken bento boxes.
