Airpoints Elite, Gold, Elite Partner and Koru members departing on an Air New Zealand flight (no more than four hours prior to flight departure) have access to the carrier’s domestic lounges, which are open one hour before the first flight until the last departure. Air New Zealand passengers with a same day regional connection to or from an international Air New Zealand Business Premier flight, are entitled to lounge access prior to departure as well.
Air New Zealand is part way through a programme to redevelop the lounge network and has seen the following new lounges open: Auckland, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Nadi, Tauranga, Invercargill, Hamilton, Dunedin, Wellington, Queenstown, Palmerston North, Nelson. The airline opened its new regional lounge in Nelson last week.
