Air France has introduced new “gourmet meal boxes” for business class customers on short-haul routes.
The boxes have been developed in collaboration with François Adamski, Servair Corporate Chef and Bocuse d’Or and Meilleur Ouvrier de France winner.
Customers travelling on flights departing before 1000 will receive breakfast boxes containing sandwiches with fillings including smoked salmon and cream cheese, as well as a pastry.
Meanwhile on services departing after 1000 the boxes will feature signature sandwiches with fillings including smoked paprika chicken and tarragon vegetables, as well as typical French sweets and desserts such as calisson, cannelé and tropézienne.
