Accor will debut its Pullman brand in Croatian next year, with a 193-room property in the country’s capital.
Pullman Zagreb is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2024, and will be located within the City Island development in Novi Zagreb.
Features will include a restaurant, lobby bar, conference facilities and a wellness centre.
City Island is situated south of the Sava River and Zagreb’s historical city centre, and around 15 minutes from Zagreb airport. The 80,000 sqm development will eventually house office space for more than 15,000 employees.
This summer Accor announced a renewed push of its Pullman brand, envisaging it to become the global business hotel brand to cater to the post-Covid workforce, the new generation of business travellers, multi-hyphenates (people with multiple different jobs) and digital nomads.

Recent openings include Pullman Sydney Penrith and Pullman Cape Town City Centre.
Commenting on the news Dilek Sezer, senior development director Accor South Eastern Europe, said:
“We are thrilled to collaborate with our partners on making this remarkable property a valuable part of an ambitious project in the capital of Croatia. Pullman Zagreb is a prime example of a vibrant urban hotel that perfectly matches our brand’s character.
We are confident that it will make a mark on the local hospitality landscape and provide extraordinary experiences to travellers coming to Zagreb from all corners of the world.”
