The 25 Hours Hotel group is set to open a new property in Dubai in December, marking its first hotel outside of Europe.

25 Hours Hotel One Central will be located adjacent to the Dubai World Trade Centre, and overlook both the Emirates Towers and The Museum of the Future.

It will feature 434 rooms and suites, and interior design firm Woods Bagot has drawn inspiration for the decor from the region, “combining the ancient traditions of the Bedouins with a progressive, forward-thinking design and a nod to the future”.

The hotel will also feature a co-working space, a paint and pottery studio, a podcast recording room and record decks.

The Dubai property has partnered with MINI to allow guests to take a free test drive to explore the city, or alternatively guests can borrow the hotel’s Schindelhauer e-bikes free-of-charge. Other leisure facilities include a spa and a mixed-use rooftop sauna.

Dining facilities will include traditional Bavarian beer garden Ernst, Northern Indian cuisine with a British twist and Tandoor Tina, the café Nomad Day Bar by Dubai-based coffee roasters Nightjar, and Berlin import Monkey Bar.

There will also be multiple meeting and event spaces with modern technology, five-metre-high ceilings and large windows.
